Where Trousdale County Parole Reports
A person paroled from TTCC does not automatically report in Trousdale County. TDOC says a parole grant may carry pre-release terms and the person is not physically released until a probation and parole office approves the release plan. Trousdale County Community Release Status
Community corrections and mandatory reentry supervision are not synonyms for parole. Community corrections is a community-based sentencing option for eligible nonviolent felony offenders. Mandatory reentry supervision under Tenn. Code § 40-35-506 can apply to covered felony offenses and may place an eligible person in the community during a final period of the sentence.
